What we collect
- Account: your email address and a hashed (never plaintext) password.
- Hosts: the hostnames you create and their current IP address, so the Service can answer DNS for them.
- Update activity: the time and source IP of hostname updates, kept briefly for security and abuse handling.
How it is kept
Account details are stored separately from the DNS data. The DNS system only holds hostname → IP; it cannot, on its own, tie a hostname to a person. Passwords use modern hashing (argon2). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Relay mode
If you enable relay, your traffic passes through our relay so your real IP stays hidden from visitors. At the L4/SNI level we forward encrypted bytes and do not inspect content; we keep no traffic logs of relayed connections beyond what is needed to run the service.
Sharing
We disclose data only where legally required, or the minimum necessary to act on a valid abuse/DMCA complaint.
Retention & deletion
Delete a host to remove its DNS records immediately. Close your account to remove your account data. Minimal security logs expire on a short schedule.
