1. The service

DDNS World (“the Service”, ddnsworld.net) provides dynamic DNS hostnames and optional relay tunnelling. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for everything reached through your hostnames. You must not use the Service to host, distribute, or facilitate:

• malware, botnet command-and-control, phishing, or fraud;
• content that is illegal where you or your users are located;
• attacks against, or unauthorised access to, third-party systems;
• spam or bulk unsolicited messaging infrastructure.

3. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove a hostname or account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is the subject of a valid abuse or legal complaint, with or without prior notice where the risk is immediate. You may close your account at any time.

4. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Do not rely on it as the sole mechanism for safety-critical access.

5. Your data

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Abuse reports are handled per our Abuse & DMCA process.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
